Come spend a weekend in a rejuvenating place with a small group of women in Compliance & Ethics and Risk Management, learning, sharing, connecting, and building your “personal board of directors” (as one of our past Retreat attendees noted!).

We hold our retreats at a bed & breakfast in Ocean Grove, New Jersey--just a block from the ocean--and convenient to Newark Airport and on the train line from New York City. Ocean Grove is a small Victorian seaside town on the Jersey Shore—and a National Historic Site.

The experiential learning will include content in two interconnected areas, with both individual exercises and discussion: Strategic, Strengths-Based Leadership and Personal Resilience.

We also leave plenty of time in our agenda to relax, explore the area, or just take a quiet walk on the beach. Our receptions and dinners are also wonderful opportunities to take time to get to know other women in the profession.
