Kelly Burley is a leadership, resilience and wellbeing coach and also a regulatory lawyer with 16 years experience in the financial services industry, both in global law firms and and in-house legal and compliance teams.
She has trained with the Co-Active Training Institute and is also a qualified trauma-informed equine assisted coach and traumatologist, using life coaching exercises and exercises with horses to help people to make deep and lasting changes in their lives. Using her understanding of the challenges of the corporate world, and the impact of stress on the body, Kelly works with clients to help them build resilience and confidence as individuals and leaders.
Kelly has an LLB and LLM from the University of Warwick, in the UK an MSc from Kings College London, UK (winning the University prize for her dissertation on female trauma) and has published articles in the Journal of Banking Regulation and the Banker. She also has a Level 6 diploma in Equine facilitated psychotraumatology from IFEEL Qualifications.
