With over 25 years of leadership experience, Marcia previously directed Human Resources and Leadership Development functions with leading firms where she built positive cultures, drove employee engagement, and ensured a robust succession pipeline of talent through talent management and people development.
Marcia is a dynamic and sought-after speaker and has spoken at global conferences and events in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Switzerland. She is a professional Executive Coach, a Birkman Certified Consultant, an MBTI Certified Consultant, and a certified facilitator. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Marymount University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stetson University.
