In addition to his work with Resiliti, Suri is Co-Founder & CEO of CTR Factor—"Credibility, Trust and Respect”—a Tampa-based, minority-and-woman-owned advisory services firm with a successful 10-year track record of providing speaking, training, assessment, coaching, consulting and digital services to 140 companies in 12 different industry sectors on the topics of leadership, diversity and inclusion. Suri is recognized for being an expert in leadership, diversity and inclusion with real-world experience in business and non-profit organizations. Given his multi-industry knowledge, he understands the importance of tailoring and customizing solutions to fit clients’ needs. He is the author of the forthcoming book, The CTR Factor - How High Is Your Leadership Quotient?
Earlier, in his corporate career, Suri worked served in C-level roles running billion-dollar business units and large global functional groups in telecom, banking, consulting and healthcare at Pfizer, Verizon, McKinsey, CenturyLink, Capital One and Barclays.

Previously, Suri was Chief Learning Officer at Kaleidoscope Group, a highly-respected, Chicago-based, full-service D&I provider with a distinguished history of serving clients for 25 years, supporting companies that included Lubrizol, Thrivent, Ohio Health, and Heidrick & Struggles.
He has also been Chief Learning Officer at ALPFA, the nation’s largest Latino professional membership association in the US with almost 100,000 members in the finance and accounting industry, and 190+ chapters in cities across America, as well as Chief Operating Officer at ALPFA Institute. In this role, he led the development of strategic relationships and design and delivery of learning programs for clients, including Walmart, PwC, EY, Santander, MassMutual, Voya, Disney, New York Life, P&G, HJ Heinz, JB Hunt and Accenture.
He has been a member of three boards and Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management at Baruch College, the business school of the City University of New York system. He has been recognized as one of the “Top 100 under 50” Senior Executives by Diversity MBA Magazine and by the US Government as a person of extraordinary ability in business.
